Everything we send out comes straight from our base in MatapΕuri — packed with care and sent your way like a good swell rolling out.

PROCESSING TIME
We move pretty quick, but we’re also a small crew:

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out next working day

During drops or busy periods, things might take a little longer

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
NZ Shipping:

Standard: 2–5 working days

Rural: 3–7 working days

Northland: usually 1–3 days
We use trusted courier services, but once it’s on the road, it’s in their hands.
